We only produce typical sauces of the Centre of Italy tradition. Chemical additives, coloring, preservatives and genetically modified ingredients are not added in our products.

We only use:
■ extra virgin olive oil
■ fresh ingredients still worked by hand following the seasonal cycle and old
    peasant rules
■ recipes handed down from generation to generation
